ODK is proud to announce the 2008 General Russell E. Dougherty National Leader of the Year winner, Christina Martin from Florida Southern College. Each year Circles nominate a "Circle Leader of the Year." Four are selected as "Regional Leaders of the Year" and one of the four is chosen as the "General Russell E. Dougherty National Leader of the Year."

Christina will be receiving a $4,000 scholarship for graduate studies. She plans to attend medical school to become a child psychiatrist specializing in the creative therapies of art, music, drama, and dance.
