The Foundation Board of Trustees consists of the President of the Omicron Delta Kappa Society, Inc. and one of three of the Vice Presidents of the Society elected by the Board of Directors.

The officers of the Foundation Board of Trustees shall consist of a President, a Vice President, and a Secretary/Treasurer.

The Executive Director serves as a non-voting member of the Foundation Board of Trustees.
