Any member of Omicron Delta Kappa can propose amendments to the National Constitution and/or National bylaws at the National Summit and Convention.  Please refer to Article XV of the National Constitution and Article XIII of the National Bylaws for details.
Please send your proposed amendments to the Constitution and/or Bylaws on or before May 10, 2010 to:
