The Omicron Delta Kappa Foundation, Inc. was
chartered in 1982 as a not-for-profit corporation in the state of Florida, to
administer the philanthropic activities of the Omicron Delta Kappa Society,
Inc. The Foundation is governed by an unsalaried Board of Trustees including
national officers of the Society, thus assuring the Foundation’s continued
identification with the purposes and programs of Omicron Delta Kappa.
The Omicron Delta Kappa Foundation is a 501
© 3 nonprofit organization. Gifts to the
O∆K Foundation are tax-deductible on a U.S. return as allowed by law.
The 2009-2010 audit was performed by Blue
& Co., LLC, of Lexington, KY.
The Foundation’s federal tax id number is
31-1113255.
The Foundation’s IRS-990 tax return may be viewed for free at www.guidestar.org.
The O∆K Foundation maintains its office at the national headquarters of Omicron Delta
Kappa.
